About this position:
Petit Paris is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of service and quality that define our renowned French bakery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
